It was noted on the app that I received a couple packages on the 24th indeed I did receive packages on the 24th but they were they were put at the wrong door. Do you know what Im saying?
I stayed at two family two family family flat house OK so we both are the same address but its the door on the left as the door on the right my doors are the left. They left the packages on the right so technically I never I never received my packages. Ive been trying to get a refund.

Service until this issue has been extremely good. Altho there is no charge for returns, I feel there is no point, as the damaged item in question would probably cost TEMU more than the actual item. The remainder of the order was in perfect condition.
I have received order no. #PO 186-087****402815**** today, and the Microwave Egg cooker is damaged.
Could you please tell me what to do? There is no point in me sending it back to you as the postage will cost more than the item.
